Zen Cleaning Services LLC provides professional cleaning services for commercial and residential properties located within the Philadelphia area and surrounding areas of a 20-30 mile radius.
**2. Scheduling and Access:**
Clients are responsible for ensuring timely access to the premises. Changes to scheduled appointments should be communicated 24 hours in advance.
**3. Payment:**
Payment is due by the day of service completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, and through bookings on the website.
**4. Cancellation Policy:**
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to do so may not receive a full refund or may be charged a cancellation fee.
**5. Liability:**
While Zen Cleaning Services LLC exercises diligence, we are not liable for damage to improperly secured items or pre-existing damages. Clients are encouraged to report concerns within 24 hours of service completion.
**6. Safety and Security:**
Our team members undergo thorough background checks and adhere to stringent safety protocols. Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe working environment.
**7. Confidentiality:**
Zen Cleaning Services LLC respects client confidentiality. Any sensitive information encountered during cleaning will be kept confidential.
**8. Feedback and Concerns:**
We value client feedback. Please communicate concerns within 72 hours of service completion, and we will promptly address them.
**9. Termination of Services:**
Zen Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to terminate services due to inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or non-compliance with these terms.
**10. Indemnification:**
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Zen Cleaning Services LLC harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of our services.
